Every quote includes the product cost converted to CAD, our 15% service fee (minimum $5), international shipping to Canada based on parcel size, and 13% HST. Remote postal codes may include an additional shipping surcharge.

Most shipments arrive in 10–14 business days after payment, depending on seller dispatch speed and Canadian customs processing. We email tracking updates as soon as the parcel leaves China and again when it clears customs.

Once you approve the quote, you will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment with your preferred credit card or Apple Pay / Google Pay wallet. Your card information never touches our servers. You can also send an Interac e-Transfer to Pay@buyfromchina.ca.

Yes. Mix and match across Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, 1688, Weidian, Xiaohongshu and Xianyu — we place each order, gather everything at our warehouse in China, and consolidate it into a single parcel to Canada. There are no special conditions, and combining items usually lowers your total shipping cost.

A flat 15% of the item subtotal, with a $5 CAD minimum per order. Bulk orders of 50+ SKUs unlock wholesale rates — get in touch for a custom quote.

Remote postal codes (codes starting with X, Y, or T0) carry an additional courier surcharge between $8–26 CAD depending on the carrier. We disclose it on the quote before you pay.

No. To keep things simple and protected, we accept only Canadian dollars through Stripe. The CNY → CAD conversion is locked at the rate shown on your quote.

If the courier loses a parcel after Canadian customs clearance, we file a claim on your behalf with the courier (Canada Post, Purolator or UPS). Damage during international transit is covered by Taobao's direct-ship insurance — we coordinate the claim and refund.
